30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as grooming, shaving and hair care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to change our rewards program at any time. Cashback will be solely for purchases on our website and will not be accepted at any stores. It can only be redeemed toward the purchase price of another Gentleman's Corner order, and can never be exchanged for cash or credit back to a credit card. Cashback is non-transferrable and expires after 12 months. Shipping charges and taxes do not count toward order totals used to calculate earnings, and conversely, redeemed Cashback does not detract from your eligible earnings total. You must be logged into your customer account to access and redeem your existing balance as well as to earn new Cashback.
Retailers such as barbers are excepted from this program.
